| This Semi detached villa with separate ground floor apartment is in the beautiful fishing village of Kaynarpinar on the Karaburun peninsular and 1 minute from the harbour.
The village is perfect for both winter and summer use. There are small shops for everyday needs, a traditional tea garden (outdoor and shaded in summer and inside with heating in winter), 2 motels, fish restaurants and small cafes. The village has a harbour for boat and fishing enthusiasts (boat hire is available).
The self contained flat on the ground floor can be rented out quite easily because the village is popular with summer visitors from Izmir and with some foreign tourists.
The villa has four floors, off road parking for two cars, a small tree house for children and a storage shed. The garden has lots of lemon trees.
There is room available for a good sized swimming pool. There are plenty of outside sitting areas on every level of the villa.
The garden has been looked after very well and the house itself does not require any work.
On the ground floor there is a self contained flat with an additional outside kitchen for al fresco meals.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, an open plan kitchen and bathroom. The main house lower floor has a large lounge, American kitchen, bathroom, 2 large verandas with a BBQ and stairs to the next floor.
The next floor has a bathroom and three double bedrooms of which 2 share a balcony with mountain and sea views. The top floor has a small kitchen and a large room which can be another bedroom or a lounge if required.
There is a door leading to the beautiful terrace with another built in barbecue.
The same colour and quality of decorative woodwork has been used throughout giving a sense of harmony to each part of the villa.
There is telephone and internet connection.
More photographs and further information on the village are available on request. |
