| The “Blue Silver Mansion” has been called The Chateau by the locals due to its size and style.
The 2 swimming pools, large terraces and large open spaces really do give an understanding of the size of the property.
The total land area is 1688m² divided into 4 plots and each comes with building permission.
The main house is on a plot of 674m² including the swimming pool and there are 3 other plots (no. 6, 12 and 13) each of 338m² giving a total of 1014m² all attached to the main plot. The additional areas come with building permits of 20% each except for number 13 which has a 40% building permit.
The mansion covers 200m² ground area with an internal area of 150m² of which 40m² is the basement.

The number 6 plot already has infrastructure laid for the 20% build leaving 270m² garden. Plots numbered 12 and 13 are fenced and contain around 80 tangerine, lemon, apple, pear and olive trees.
The swimming pools are built in two parts, one 6m x 9m and the other 4m x 4m. The children’s pool is 70cm deep; the main pool is 150/185cm deep and is cleaned with a time controlled filtration system.
