| This 4 bed semi detached villa has a veranda to the front and a lower level side garden.
From the entrance there is a large lounge with new American style fitted kitchen, there is an under stairs cupboard which could be turned in to an additional toilet if required.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor which has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
On the second floor there is a bedroom and large sun terrace with sea and mountain views (it is possible to put an additional shower room with toilet on the roof which has been done on the adjoining property).
This villa is suitable for summer and winter use having the benefit of oil central heating.
In front of the house there are two plots of land belonging to the villa of which one is an enclosed mature garden with fruit trees and would be perfect for a swimming pool. The second plot allows direct access from off road parking via the garden to the villa which is a bonus on this site.
Being close to the sea the property needs exterior painting and the estimated cost is £1000 although this will last several years.
The neighbours are very helpful and speak perfect English. There are two English families on the site already and they are very friendly.
The sea is just 2 minutes walk away with fishing, swimming and snorkelling as popular pursuits. There is a small beach to one side with a larger shingle beach in a small bay on the other. The Blue Flag Duma Beach is just 10 or 15 minutes walk away towards Mordošan and this has an excellent beach café bar with music in the evenings.
On site there is a small hotel with restaurant overlooking the sea which is ideal for an evening stroll.
The centre of Mordošan is just 2kms away and has restaurants and café bars by the harbour with all amenities including an English speaking chemist and doctor.
There is a regular bus service, every ½ hour in summer, and it is a short taxi ride if you want to spend the evening there. There is a large new marina and it is possible to hire a boat to go fishing or to visit other bays along the coast.
This is a delightful area on an unspoilt peninsula which has mostly Turkish, German and French visitors and is well recommended by Ayse and Colin our local agents. |
