The apartment is located in a residential area with restaurants and shopping close by. Marmaris beach is located a couple of minutes walk.
There is a spacious living area, with a balcony overlooking the landscaped garden. The living room comes with a dining table and chairs and a sofa bed, TV and VCD.
There is a separate kitchen with serving archway into the living area. A selection of white goods: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, cooker (gas – and electrical), all crockery – and cutlery.
The apartment has two balconies to enjoy the shared garden from. The garden has a selection of fruit trees – orange, lemon and lime.
There are six apartments in the building with Turkish and British neighbours. Two hotels are located close by and offer free pool access.
NOTE: Purchasers of this property will be offered a maximum refund of £200 towards the cost of flights and accommodation booked for viewing trips. This is based on a maximum of two adults per party, and only one refund will be offered, where multiple properties may be purchased.
